Overtime Pay
Hourly employees receive time-and-a-half pay for working more than 40 hours per week.
Health Insurance
Upscale Remodeling is proud to be one of the few contractors in the area that will contribute up to 75% towards your health insurance premium, plus HSA matching.
Paid Holidays
New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Aflac Insurance
You will have the option to enroll in Aflac supplementary insurance plans with Upscale Remodeling contributing up to $10 per week towards the premium.
Paid Time Off
Starting with 8 days in the first year, you will earn more with each year of continuous employment, up to 20 days per year. This time may be used for vacation, illness, or personal reasons.
Tool Allowance
Upscale Remodeling will reimburse you up to $600 per year for the purchase of tools necessary for the completion of your projects. Safety equipment and consumable items such as saw blades and drill bits are provided by Upscale Remodeling. (Production staff only)
Cell Phone
Upscale Remodeling will provide a company phone, or an employee can choose to be reimbursed for using their own phone instead. (Production staff only)
Retirement Plan
You will have the option to enroll in a Simple IRA retirement plan. Upscale Remodeling will match your contribution to your plan dollar for dollar up to 3% of your eligible compensation.

Nate is a talented craftsman and an absolute pleasure to work with. He joined the Upscale Remodeling Team in 2022 and has worked in the industry for 11 years. Nate likes making the remodeling experience pleasant for everyone and lives by the moto “start at the end and work your way back.” Nate is a devoted husband and father, and while he’s not working, enjoys building furniture and playing music.
